Location: East Coast Region (e.g., ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL)
Job Description: Are you a highly skilled Class A CDL truck driver seeking a challenging and rewarding route? Join our team as a Super Regional East Coast Route Truck Driver. You’ll be on the road for 15 days, followed by 3 days of well-deserved rest at home, providing an ideal balance between extended travel and quality time with family.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods along the East Coast, covering states such as Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to ensure timely delivery of freight.
Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELDs) for cargo, routes, and driving hours.
Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring freight is delivered on time and in excellent condition.
Efficiently manage time to meet delivery schedules and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL.
Minimum of 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years.
Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance.
